We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blundstone purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for boots in their original, unworn condition. If your boots haven't hit the pavement yet and are in their original packaging, we are happy to facilitate a smooth return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back into their original Blundstone box and secure them inside a separate shipping carton to protect the branded packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
